Tierra Wiki

From the ground up.

Welcome to Tierra's internal wiki — the canonical reference for how we operate.

What you'll find here

  • About Tierra — mission, values, services, team structure
  • Onboarding — what new hires need to know in their first 30/60/90 days
  • Pod Operations — how pods work, escalation paths, role expectations
  • Client Workflows — onboarding, weekly rhythms, reporting, offboarding
  • Platforms — Meta, Google, AppLovin operating standards
  • Creative — strategy, production, review processes
  • Tools — Slack, Monday, Triple Whale, and everything else in our stack
  • Glossary — Tierra-specific terminology

How to use the wiki

Search first. The search bar (top right or / shortcut) indexes every page. Most questions are faster to type than to navigate.

If something is wrong or out of date, drop a note in #wiki-feedback on Slack with the page URL. Brennan triages, and the fix goes through a Claude session.

You can't edit pages directly. This is intentional — the wiki stays consistent because changes flow through a single review path. To propose a change, use Slack.

How the wiki stays current

Process changes at Tierra usually happen in Claude sessions — a decision gets made, an ops profile gets updated, a workflow gets adjusted. The corresponding wiki page is updated in that same session. The site rebuilds automatically within ~60 seconds of a change being committed.

This is why the wiki should stay closer to reality than the old scattered Drive docs ever did.
