Holiday policies

  • During observed holidays, the Tierra office is closed
  • Tierra is a US-based company — we do not observe holidays outside the US, even for team members not based in the US
  • Team members paid hourly or daily do not work and do not accrue hours during observed holidays
  • Specific roles (e.g., media buyers) may need to be online during holidays to ensure campaigns are performing and big fires are handled. This comes with the territory of digital marketing. If you're unsure if your role may require holiday work, ask your manager.

Black Friday / Cyber Monday

For major shopping holidays like BFCM, we do not approve time off requests for anyone directly managing clients unless in extreme circumstances.
