Roles

Growth Strategist — Pod leader, owns client success, final stamp of approval on deliverables
Account Manager — Primary client contact, manages tasks and communication, supervises PMs
Creative Strategist — End-to-end creative strategy and production for performance creative
Media Buyer — Manages campaigns on Meta, Google, and/or Axon (specialist or full-stack)
Project Manager — Supports the AM, prepares meeting notes, manages task workflow
Graphic Designer — Performance ad creative production, static and motion
