Login credentials

All Tierra team members have access to ChatGPT through the shared login in Bitwarden.

Use username/password, not Google login

Recommended to log in with username/password rather than the Google login option.

Why we use ChatGPT

ChatGPT is a shared tool that helps the team work smarter and faster. Key reasons:

  • Find the solution. Before escalating to a supervisor, see if ChatGPT can help. This is a Tierra core value — Imagine The Solution.
  • Boost productivity. Save time on research, copywriting, and brainstorming.
  • Enhance creativity. Generate fresh ideas and explore new perspectives. Develop new assets for client creative production.
  • Strengthen strategy. Identify alternate approaches, refine messaging, stress-test thinking.

Usage guidelines

  • Respect shared space. Multiple people use this workspace. Keep the account tidy so teammates can find and build on prior work.
  • Client work only. We discourage personal queries in this account. You may use it for personal queries provided you delete them immediately afterward to keep the space organized.

Project organization

Because multiple people work in the same account, organization is critical. ChatGPT's "Projects" feature acts as folders.

Follow this structure:

Client projects

Every client has one Project each.

Naming convention: Client - [CLIENT NAME]

Example: Client - Saddle Rock

Non-client projects

For GPT chats not tied to a specific client, we have:

  • General - Ad Creative
  • General - Copywriting
  • General - Tierra Operations
  • General - Misc
