Client Kickoff Recap Email Example

Send within 24 hours of the kickoff call. Captures the notes doc, meeting cadence, product shipment request, and any outstanding onboarding items.

Here's a high-level recap from the call:

  • Here is the notes doc from the call. For all future meetings, we'll share the meeting notes doc either ahead of or shortly after the call.
  • We use Slack to communicate on a regular basis. I've sent an invite to each of your emails. Please let me know if there's anyone else we need to add.
  • We'll send invites for our upcoming meetings shortly. Our meetings moving forward will be scheduled as follows:
