10X ROAS UGC Package

How Tierra manages UGC packages through our 10X ROAS partner — from package signed to videos delivered.

Key principles

• Select creators before the kickoff call — don't wait
• Concepts shared on the PMB — a simple paragraph / overview of what we're aiming to communicate
• Do not share scripts with clients. Don't mention that we do scripts if possible.

Workflow

1. UGC Package signed 🤝

• BizDev alerts the team in #ring-the-bell and shares the SOW

2. CS alerts 10X ROAS

• CS reaches out to 10X ROAS about the new deal and timing
• 10X sends Alex a bill — Alex pays
• Tell 10X to start searching for creators based on initial knowledge of the website and client's brand
• Aim to have creator list ready and chosen internally prior to the kickoff call
• PMB will be shared later, but creator search should NOT be blocked by it

3. GS builds PMB

• CS includes a section on UGC Concepts
• Ensure the team knows how to pronounce the brand and product name

4. Share PMB(s) with 10X ROAS

• Can be 90% done — doesn't need full client approval for speed/timing of getting started

• Permissions matter

  Make sure access is set to "Everyone can view", NOT EDIT.
• If whitelisting access is needed, request ahead of time from 10X
• If sharing concepts/creators with the client, request 10X to ensure their links/files don't say "10X ROAS" on them
• If we have specific concepts we want creators to film, mention NOW (otherwise 10X creates their own)
• Share landing page designs with 10X so videos don't reference an old website
• Be careful about pricing being shown in UGC content — especially if updated, changed later, or multi-offer

5. 10X provides Concepts to Tierra

• Tierra internal review
• Share with client if compliance review is needed

6. 10X shares Creators with Tierra

• Tierra / client selects Top 3 (plus 1 backup, always)

7. Get creator addresses + ship product

• 10X provides creator addresses
• Client ships product directly to creators
• CS/AM: share addresses with client, request tracking info, share tracking back to 10X ROAS via Slack

8. 10X provides Scripts to Tierra

• Internal review only
• Client does NOT need to review scripts

9. Filming

Creators receive product, filming commences

10. 10X provides edited videos

11. Share with client

AM/CS shares videos with client. Revisions made as needed.
